"Felt like just another ticket number"
I was disappointed with my experience ordering from 95nutrition.com. I was excited to try it, but my order ended up having issues and the whole thing turned into more of a headache than it should have been.
When I reached out, I didn’t really feel like anyone was actually listening. It felt more like I was just another ticket number being pushed through the system, which made the situation even more frustrating.
For the price, I expected a smoother experience and better support. Maybe other people have had better luck, but based on my order, I don’t think I’d order again
"Not sure it was the best fit for my goals"
The meals were okay overall, but I’m not sure the nutrition really lined up with what I was looking for. A few seemed a bit too high in sodium, and some didn’t have as much protein as I’d expect for the calories. It might work for other people, but for my goals, it just didn’t feel like the right fit.

"Kinda pricey for what it is"
The meals were fine and all, but this just didn’t feel worth the price. You get your food and it’s okay, but for what they’re charging, I expected a bit more or something. It’s one of those things where it’s not terrible, just hard to justify paying that much.

"Friendly staff and an easy first visit"
I stopped into 95 Nutrition and the staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. I really appreciated that nobody was pushy or made me feel like I had to buy anything right away.
They helped me pick out a couple meals to try and answered my questions in a really normal, easygoing way. It made the whole visit feel simple and comfortable, especially since I wasn’t totally sure what I wanted.
I’m giving 4 stars only because I wish they had a little more in stock that day, but the people working there were great. I’d definitely go back and try more meals next time.

"The subscription felt way too rigid!!!"
I wasn’t really a fan of how the subscription worked!!! I was hoping it would be simple to pause or switch things around when my week got hectic, but it felt way more locked in than I expected!!!
With meal delivery, flexibility is a huge deal!!! If your schedule changes a lot or you don’t eat the same way every week, this can get frustrating quickly!!! It just wasn’t the right fit for me!!!

"Customer service was a mess"
I tried getting help with my order and it felt like I was just going in circles the whole time. The replies took forever, and when they finally came through, they were a little rude and didn’t even seem to match what I had actually asked. I remember sitting there with my coffee getting cold, rereading their response like, “Did they even read my message?” Super frustrating experience overall, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"My basic questions were basically ignored"
I was hoping for at least some clear guidance with weight loss, but the support just didn’t feel helpful. I asked a basic question and it felt like it was ignored or answered with something generic. it was frustrating and didn’t really give me anything useful to work with

"Wow, Such Premium Cheapness"
I checked the ingredients and, yeah, they looked cheap. Not exactly the fancy quality I was hoping for—what a shocker. I definitely wouldn’t buy this again.

"Not enough options for my diet"
I tried to place an order, but the diet-friendly choices were really limited. Like, way too limited. I kept looking around for something that fit what I needed, and there just weren’t many options. The filters didn’t really help either, which was frustrating because I still couldn’t find what I was looking for. It just felt like the same problem over and over, not enough choices, not enough useful filtering, and not enough meals that worked for me. In the end, it wasn’t worth the hassle, so I ordered from somewhere else...

"Not enough variety for me"
i really wanted to like 95 Nutrition, but the menu just felt too limited for me. After a couple of orders, it started to feel like I was seeing the same meals over and over with not much new to choose from. If you’re picky or get bored with food quickly, it can be a little tough. I eventually stopped checking because there just wasn’t enough variety.

I just ordered from here recently, it was such a frustrating experience that I can’t see myself ordering again anytime soon. Maybe they’ve been better in the past, but after this last time, it’s hard to overlook how messy the whole process was.

I’m not sure if I just misunderstood the heating instructions or what, but I found them a bit confusing. I followed them as best as I could, and the food still came out cold.

and the food itself was fine, but picking it up was frustrating. It took way longer than they said it would, and no one really gave me an update or explained what was going on

"Packaging arrived messed up"
The box showed up crushed, and one of the meal trays had sauce leaking out everywhere. To be fair, the food was still cold, which I appreciate, but the messy packaging was really frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again if it’s going to arrive like that...

"Tiny portions felt a little suspicious"
The food tasted okay, but the portions were seriously small. Like, I’m not saying there’s a secret meeting in the back where they decide how to shrink everyone’s dinner, but it definitely felt like my plate was part of some portion-control experiment. Left still hungry, which is never a great sign

I ordered because I was hoping I could tweak meals around ingredients I don’t eat, but the customization options felt way more limited than I expected. A lot of the meals still included things I was trying to avoid, and when swaps were available, they weren’t always clear.
Maybe it’s fine if you’re just picking meals as-is, but for me it ended up being frustrating and didn’t really feel worth it. I was expecting a better experience, an apology would be appreciated.

"Always late and no one seems to know what's going on"
My food showed up late again, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I tried to figure out what was happening, but it felt like I was just being passed around without getting a clear answer. It’s really frustrating because it’s hard to plan meals when the delivery is this unreliable

"I ordered a few meals and something..."
I ordered a few meals and something just didn’t feel right with the macros. When I weighed things out, the protein and carbs didn’t seem to line up with what was listed. Maybe it was just my order, but when I’m trying to track accurately, it makes me nervous that I’m being misled or fooled without realizing it. I’d have a hard time trusting it again for meal tracking.

"I wanted to like it more"
The meals were definitely quick, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the pickup and heating part started to feel kind of annoying most days. I thought it would make things easier overall, and in some ways it did, but I’m not totally sure it was as convenient as I hoped.
